Nicola from Our Little Balham Life nominated me for another Liebster Award! We've only recently started following each other but I love her posts. It helps that she lives in England so she's one of the few people that really understands what summer is like in this part of the world... I feel like every time I read a post I can totally commiserate with her!
I've definitely run out of interesting random facts about myself but I love answering questions since they are often things I don't even know the answers to until I sit down and think about them!
Favourite childhood memory? Camping with my family. I'm very lucky that we still do it today but I have such vivid memories from camping trips years ago. I will never forget them!
Biggest pet peeve? Hmm. I really had to think of this one. I guess it's good that nothing big immediately comes to mind. I do really dislike when people have strong opinions about something but then have nothing to back those opinions up with.
If you could up and move anywhere in the world, where would you go? I'd love to move down to Australia for a while to make up for the lack of sun I've gotten in Ireland this past year!
Which accent do you prefer...british, australian or irish? Ooh really tough one. I guess it depends on who it is on... though you could never get me to choose between Tom Hardy, Chris Hemsworth or Jonathan Rhys Meyers.
What are you most proud of doing in your life? Living in Russia for a semester. It was something that I wasn't sure I was capable of doing but I did!
Stilettos or wedges? Stilettos. I like both but I think stilettos just add a little extra bit of oomph to a shoe.
Are you tidy or messy?...honestly now ladies! I'm generally messy but ironically I really enjoy cleaning and organizing. Maybe I just have to build up a big enough mess so that I can really enjoy the cleaning.
What do you like most about the blogging world? I love connecting with so many different people who I have something in common with (even if that commonality is just blogging) who I would never get to meet otherwise!
Favourite season? This is tough. I love all of them but I guess Fall (or Autumn) would have to be my favorite. So many beautiful colors!
Worst job you have ever had? I spent a summer essentially working as a telemarketer. I wasn't exactly trying to sell anything but the number of times I was hung up on is just sad. I also think I suffer from PTSD whenever I hear hold music now.
If you had to choose; mascara or foundation? Mascara. I'm lucky to have pretty clear skin but my eyelashes are very light... without some mascara you almost wouldn't be able to tell they are there!
Thank you again for the nomination Nicola!
