Workout Plan: Part 2

I wrote a while back about being half way through a 10 week workout plan.  I'm very happy to say that I completed all 10 weeks, going to the gym a minimum of 4 times a week.  It did start to feel pretty stale at the end so I'm trying to figure out something new to motivate me going forward, but having everything written down for each day was a HUGE help in actually getting me to the gym.

 I have my trip coming up at the end of this week, but I'm already looking forward to getting back home and setting up a new plan to keep the progress going.
